I am a poet, editor, musician, artist, and all-around passionista from South Bend, Indiana. I now live in Southern California, though I still miss midwest autumns something fierce!

I believe in soil and glitter and cheeseburgers and church bells and ancestors and true love and magic and you.

I like to explore themes of hope, grief, trauma, duality, the transcendental, and the relationship between the self and the body.​
